Partnered with Amazon and we are excited to expand our team with both Full Time and Part Time Drivers. We are looking for both experienced and energetic workers for our open delivery positions!
We encourage our drivers to be goal oriented, good communicators, and able to work independently of others on their daily routes. You must have the physical ability to enter and exit your truck over 150-300 times per day on routes that are specifically selected and guided via GPS tracker.
Strong leaders welcome as well! We promote from within, for those looking to move up the ladder and career oriented or looking for management experience!
As an Amazon Delivery Service Partner we operate 7 days a week using a floating schedule, including SOME weekends.
Our pay scale begins at $15.00, but we do have wage incentives for those on a SET Weekend schedule. We also are offering a driver incentive that will pay out $16.25/hr for the WEEK if criteria in Attendance, Performance, and Safety are all met! As well as an Additional $1/hr bonus for those that receive additional training in our Step Van Program.
Responsibility:
- Inspect your vehicle daily
- Verify freight and load in an organized fashion
- Have knowledge, skill, and ability to perform safe driving habits
- Follow delivery procedures
- Deliver ALL packages assigned
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
- Valid Driver’s License
- Ability to lift 50lbs.
- Must be over 21 years old
- Employees must be able to pass drug screening.

COVID-19 considerations:
We practice social distancing, require ALL our drivers to wear masks while loading and delivering. All vehicles are wiped down twice daily, once in the morning and again at night. Hand sanitizer is readily available, also pre-shift screening questions.
