Hiring Criteria
The following are the minimum qualifications which an individual needs in order to successfully perform the duties and responsibilities of this position. Please note that the minimum qualifications may vary based upon the department size and/or geographic location.

Education & Certifications: Two years of college. Course work in Child Development, Education or related field preferred. Pediatric (EMSA) First Aid and Pediatric (EMSA) CPR certifications required. Complete YMCA Core trainings within first 60 days of employment.
