The Cradle has an immediate opening for a RN/LPN to join our nursery team. This position is responsible for assessing and addressing the needs of the infants, documenting all interventions, completing admit and discharge procedures, medication administration when applicable, and observing and reporting any health concerns to the nursery supervisor and/or the senior charge nurse. The position will also interface with Cradle staff and clients and will supervise the Infant Aides, volunteer staff, and all child care.
You will be the ideal candidate, if you:
- Are available to work four PM shifts (3pm-11pm) and/or Overnight shifts (11pm-7am) per week
- Have a minimum of 1+ years of experience with newborns and infants
- Have a current IL RN/LPN license
