Customer Service Representative- Full time 16.50/HR Daytime shifts – Spectrum – Vancouver, WA

This is NOT a REMOTE position. You will work 100% in our building in Vancouver, Washington.

New Pay is $16.50 an hr + shift differentials as follows:

  • +1.00 an hr for weekend shifts starting before 11:00 am.

This paid training class is 6 weeks long and is paid at your regular pay rate + applicable shift differentials.

The hours for this training class are:

Tues-Sat 9:00am-5:30pm. Upon completing training, you will move to your regular schedule. Regular schedules available for after this class include these shifts. All Shifts include at least 1 weekend shift.

  • 8:00 am-5:00 pm
  • 8:30 am-5:30 pm
  • 9:00 am-6:00 pm
  • 9:30 am-6:30 pm
  • 10:00 am-7:00 pm

You will want to stay with us as we will increase our minimum entry level pay rate to $20.00 by 1/2023.

Job Overview

Full-time entry to mid-level customer service role resolving customer billing inquiries and account issues, adjusting services as requested, and upholding positive customer relationships.

What is the Billing Representative role?

What it takes to get started
The minimum qualifications for the Customer Service Billing Representative are:

  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
  • High School Diploma or GED Required

Preferred qualifications for the Customer Service Billing Representative are:

  • 6 months or more customer service experience
  • 6 months or more experience working with computers and multiple software applications
