CHEF MANAGER – ASTER PLACE – Lafayette, IN

CHEF MANAGER / CDM – LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY

Strong in Front of House with Servers, staffing, interviewing, hiring, training, and scheduling.

Strong in Back of house with computer inventory, online ordering, cooking, recipes, knife skills and speed.

Will be cooking to some extent daily.

Ability to implement systems and standards.

Ability to implement structure and organization.

If you have a positive attitude, know how to motivate and inspire a team, know how to build a team, and aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty, then this may be the right spot.

Must have a CDM or Culinary Degree. Must have ServSafe. Prefer heavy-duty restaurant chef experience or healthcare chef experience. A Mystery Basket (cooking practical) is part of the interview process.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $68,000.00 per year

  • Healthcare EXECUTIVE CHEF or Chain Restaurant EXECUTIVE CHEF: 10 years (Required)
