Northwest Health Partners (NWHP), a 20-year-old Individual Practice Association located in the Eugene/Springfield area of Oregon, is transitioning towards a clinically integrated network composed of eight medical groups and is seeking a General Manager. The goals of the General Manager position include collaborating and alignment of individual groups, leading our IT Department, and assist/facilitate our insurance contract negotiations. Success in this position will ultimately lie in the ability to form a cohesive larger entity with aligned interests, maintaining quality initiatives and goals, and moving towards quality-based contracting. The role requires an individual to be a thoughtful leader, a confident decision-maker, excellent communicator, and a facilitator.
Member offices include: Eugene Gastroenterology Consultants, Eugene Pediatric Associates, Eugene-Springfield Nephrology Associates, Northwest Surgical Specialists, Oregon Lung Specialists, Oregon Neurology, Oregon Urology Institute, Thrive Behavioral Health, and Women’s Care.
Candidates must have a history of successful leadership, the ability to develop relationships with diverse constituents, and the ability to manage a wide variety of functions. Medical office background preferred but not required. The position is full time. Very competitive compensation package for an experienced and motivated individual.
