ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for providing and overseeing the restorative nursing function in the facility as ordered by physician, outlined in the plan of care, and in accordance with standards of nursing practices and regulations. Takes charge in leading and directing resident/patient care. Directly supervises Certified Nursing Assistants to ensure assignments and care are complete based on professional standards.
