Staff Management Operations Manager

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day tasks associated with managing processes and operations of our client’s staffing needs, as well as maintaining the rapport with our client and with the employees. Exceptional communication skills, process evaluation and on-time response to a client’s need is a must. You will be responsible for making sure that all of our production and client’s staffing needs are met, and we are meeting production goals.

Essential Job Functions: 
 
CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT 

Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Support positive corporate partnerships through a proven track record of achieving production goals and/or service level agreements. Assist with process improvements, work on special projects and performance incentive plans to help meet goals of the client.

ASSOCIATE MANAGEMENT 

Provide immediate customer service to management team and associates.

SAFETY PROGRAMMING 

Ensuring service team performs all tasks relative to the safety program.  Responsible for the development and the implementation of the program. 

DATA ANALYSIS 

Trend analysis, recruiting and financial forecasting to understand trends, optimize efficiency and improve service delivery, accounting seasonal fluctuation occurs. 
 

Education/Experience:  

•         A.A. or equivalent from an accredited two-year college or technical school, or at least one year of related experience. 

•         Ability to solve complex problems and take ownership of processes

•         Knowledge of MS Office software: Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word 

•         Comfort communicating to various audiences, both orally and in writing 

•         Strong interpersonal and customer service skills 

•         Exceptional attention to detail
