Provide non-professional nursing care to the residents and their quarters in a Department of Military and Veterans Affairs veterans’ home ensuring adherence to HIPAA standards.

WORK SCHEDULE:
10:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m.
Rotating days & weekends. This position is required to work every other weekend.
8 hours/day; 20 hours/week
Lunch Period: 30 Minutes

Six months of experience as an Aide Trainee; or

One year of paid experience in the care and treatment of geriatric or physically ill patients/residents; and graduation from high school or equivalent.

NECESSARY SPECIAL REQUIREMENT: Must be registered and certified by the Pennsylvania Department of Health as having met the competency requirements for performing nurse aide work.
