A WAY TO STAY Home Care is a 9-year old non-medical home care agency owned by sisters who are CNAs. As owners, we help the clients too, so we understand the work and support needed for our LIVE-IN caregivers. We specialize in LIVE-IN care and provide services in PA within 45 minutes of our Yardley office.
We have a woman who needs someone who has some depression, is a fall risk, and needs TLC (a.k.a Tender Loving Care). If this is you… we’d love to speak with you.

QUALIFICATIONS:
1) Must have previous LIVE-IN experience and 2+ years or more of verifiable work experience as a caregiver for older adults in a facility.
2) Ability to work independently as well as work in a team
3) Must be able to pass a competency test so C.N.A. or NJ CHHA certification is a plus!
4) Current negative TB test
5) Must be able to do written documentation and give verbal report by phone
6) Good references from people that know the quality of care you provide clients
7) Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
8) Criminal background checks and drug test are performed
9) Driver’s license and good driving record
