Immediate Need for In-home “RESPITE” RN or LVN Nurse for Adolescent Daughter

In-home Pediatric Nurse Needed ASAP!!
Gratifying opportunity to care for our sweet daughter in our home. Need a dependable and genuinely compassionate nurse.

Qualifications: RN or LVN who is reliable, friendly, energetic and has a positive attitude.

Job Description: Administering food, medications and water via a g-tube on a specific schedule. Transferring to and from wheelchair, bed, and bath tub (using our powered lift as needed). Bathing, dressing, grooming, oral care, washing face, and changing diapers. Range of motion and massage. Administering breathing treatments via nebulizer and cough assist machine.

Need to be available to start immediately and work at least 3 shifts per week. Especially need on Tuesdays after school. Other two (or more shifts) on weekdays after school, as well as on some Saturdays and Sundays. Also need help on holidays. Have more hours available on school breaks (Christmas, Spring and Summer).

We’ll train on equipment as needed and work together on a schedule based on your availability and our daughter’s schedule for school, appointments, activities, etc. Must have reliable transportation, valid CA license and cell phone.
