*All outpatient setting with no hospital or inpatient. Optional if physician wants..Monday to Friday 8am-5pm and 1 early evening per week till 7:30pm. If working late then the hours are adjusted (come in later or leave earlier on another day)..No weekends at all!.Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC’s) located in Ohio and have been serving the health care needs of the uninsured and under-insured for 30 years..Southern Ohio community is located about an hour to Columbus OH, 2 hours to Cincinnati OH, and 45 minutes to Huntington WV.
