Supported Living Program Director (Snohomish County)

Sunrise Services is looking to hire a Supported Living Program Director in Snohomish County, WA.

The Supported Living Program Director is a member of the Sunrise Services leadership team and responsible for directing operations associated with the Residential Supported Living Program as it relates to ensuring the quality of care for Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities.

The Director ensures that all decisions and actions associated with the program comply with established agency policies and procedures and are consistent with all provisions and regulations of state, county, federal, and local regulatory agencies and maintains compliance with current contracts and WAC’s. The Director also implements operations and objectives of the Residential program and is responsible for fiscal operations, staffing, and staff collaboration, implementation of policy and procedures, and achievement of program goals.

• Bachelor’s degree in social or human services or related field
• 5 years direct experience serving persons with disabilities
• 3 years of supervisory experience
• 3 years of program management
