Medical Billing and Coding (Ambulance) (North of Houston)

FMR BILLING has opening for billing and coding .

Requirements for new Applicant:

*Must have previous experience with Ambulance billing and coding, and associated billing systems. *Must have knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid billing , private insurance.
*Must have a mature attitude and an exceptional work ethic.
*Must live no more than 20 mins from our office. (This is Must)
We are seeking someone who is willing to make a long-term commitment with us .

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
* Minimum 1 years of ambulance billing and coding
* Verifying experience for Medicare , Medicaid and an out-of-network PPO provider& work comp insurance.
*Experience with Medisoft v15 or up and Revenue management.

* New Students are welcome to call and setup an interview.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITES:
– Billing and coding
– Insurance and verification, pre-authorization and certification
– Appeals and Audits
– Monitoring Patient Accounts
Must be able to work Monday through Friday Fill time.
