Clinical Supervisor- Foster Care and System of Care
Position Description:
Under administrative direction, this position will provide guidance, instruction and direct supervision to assigned staff. Monitors, reviews and documents staff activity and facilitates staff acquisition and the implementation of the skills required in the delivery of OMHAS defined services, ODJFS defined services, and High-Fidelity Wraparound services. Guides staff in the utilization of a team based, strength based care approach to service planning.
A minimum of a Master’s degree in social work or related discipline with a valid OH independent license as LISW, LPCC or Psychologist required. A minimum of 4 years’ experience in a mental health setting with a minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience and a valid drivers’ license, personal transportation and insurance required.
Effective leadership skills, strong clinical skills including expertise in trauma informed care, the child welfare system, crisis intervention, family education, behavioral interventions necessary.
