Canvassing Appointment Setter – Evergreen Tree Care – Seattle, WA

We need outgoing, self-motivated individuals who love the outdoors to market our tree and shrub trimming and removal services. Your goal will be to generate no cost or obligation consultations with our ISA Trained & Certified Arborists.

Compensation Options:

Option 1

• Paid Training
• $15.00- $18.00/ hour base + 2% Commission anytime an Arborist sells one of your leads
• 25 – 30 hours per week commitment working either Sunday- Thursday or Tuesday- Saturday Schedule, whichever you prefer

Option 2

• Paid Orientation
• Lucrative performance-based pay plan, current commission employees earning $60,000 – $100,000+/ year
• $25.00/ qualified order set
• 5% Commission anytime an Arborist sells one of your orders
• 8% Commission on individual sales over $4,000
• $25/ day travel Incentive, must work min. 5 hrs./ day
• Set your own hours

Additional Compensation:

• Weekly Incentives (Up to $100 – $500/ week)
• Earn Additional Milestone Incentives (Up to $450 in One-Time Incentives, Cell Extension, Premium Uniform Package)
• Monthly Cell Allowance; up to $60/ month
• Medical & Optional Dental available if working 30 hours or more

Must have Reliable Vehicle, Driver’s License & Proof of Car Insurance
