Adult Outpatient Psychiatry Locums Job – Greater Los Angeles Area
Details/Requirements:
*Need is for 16 hours a week for adult outpatient coverage starting January 7, 2019 and ongoing
*Client uses a multi-disciplinary team approach to patient care.
*Client is flexible regarding days and hours worked as long as they’re between 8AM-5PM, Monday through Friday.
*No call.
*Assessments of new patients (new to the Program, not new to the Doctor) are one hour.
*Medication support services will be scheduled every 1-4 weeks and have a duration of 15-30 minutes.
*You will complete patient paperwork for SSI renewals, bus pass, ACCESS cards, etc., order lab slips, and work with the nurses re: prior authorizations.
*Client prefers 2-3 month minimum assignments.
*Client has an electronic medical record system, so candidates must be computer literate.
