The Treatment Specialist will work in conjunction with licensed clinical staff, as part of the team responsible for high risk male youth ages 10 – 18 in our Residential Program, which consists of single gender cottages. This includes implementing behavioral interventions; teaching anger management skills, social skills, life skills; and providing a safe and nurturing environment for emotionally traumatized youth.
We are looking for positive role models who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of our youth.
Hours are varied and determined by the department needs. Schedules can be flexible with academic needs as we encourage continued education and potential growth within the Agency.
Recent college graduates and graduate students are encouraged to apply. Associates or Bachelor’s degree is required.
