ABOUT US: Highland Ridge Hospital is an 83-bed psychiatric and chemical dependency treatment facility located in the heart of the Salt Lake Valley.  Highland Ridge is owned by Acadia Healthcare, a national leader in the behavioral healthcare industry.  We are the oldest specialty treatment program in the state of Utah and are fully accredited by the Joint Commission. 

The Behavioral Health Tech supports nursing staff in maintaining a therapeutic milieu by performing routinely assigned tasks and carrying out patient care activities. The BHT will maintain a safe and professional standard for patient care according to facility mission, policy and procedure, and in accordance with all external regulatory and credentialing bodies. BHTs will assist nurses in transporting patients, checking vitals, and routine safety checks.
