RN, Registered Nurse ER

Here are some details on the position:

Looking for an experienced RN in Emergency Room services to join the team and have a direct effect on patient care.

Individual selected must have extensive nursing experience, be able to work in a close-knit team-work focused environment and be able to adjust rapidly to changing situations.

Experience required:

Must be a RN(Registered Nurse)

Prefer person to have 1-2 years experience in an ER environment.

Consideration will be given to individuals with 3-5 years general or medical/surgical nursing experience.

The shifts are 11am-11pm, 3pm-3am, 7pm-7am and do have to take call.

The ER has the individual take 2 days of call per schedule when fully staffed. They are on call 1 weekend day(Saturday or Sunday), 12-hour shift 7p-7a and 1 other day through the week 8-hour shift, 3p-11p or 11p-7a. Employees are encouraged to pick their days for call but if they don’t then management will assign it to them. Employees do self-scheduling and the director makes final adjustments to ensure appropriate staffing. Director allows shifts to be traded, as long as each shift is covered.

Compensation depends on experience but the range is between 18hr-31hr plus shift differentials.
