Job Description

The Printmaking Technician will teach two courses in Printmaking and or Foundation classes each semester and one printmaking course in the summer. Assist in teaching assignments where needed. Supervise work-study students and manage the print lab facility by taking inventory and ordering supplies. Maintain equipment and coordinate building maintenance and housekeeping. Serve on School committees as needed.

Job Requirements

REQUIRED: Bachelor of Arts Degree from an accredited institution, plus 6 months experience in various printmaking equipment techniques and teaching experience in fine art printmaking.

Able to operate etching and lighography presses.

Preferred Qualifications 

Master of Fine Arts Degree

Working Conditions / Physical Demands 

Moving of some packages, moving of packages to storing locations.

Salary Range 
Up to $35,000/yr
