Personal Trainer

Sedona Staffing Moline is currently seeking an experienced Personal Banker. As a Personal Banker for our client, your job duties will include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Responsible for providing high quality customer service in the following activities:  demand deposit, savings and loan transactions, check cashing, ATM servicing, balancing and selling monetary instruments
• Cross-sells bank services and makes product referrals as part of the Retail Incentive Program and utilization of the Marquis CRM System. 
• Assists other tellers with balancing, resolving problem situations as required. 
• Opens new deposit accounts of all types including Safe Deposit.

• High Level of interpersonal and customer service skills
• Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Windows computer programs and the analytical ability to resolve balancing discrepancies
• Minimum of two years retail banking experience
• Thorough knowledge of bank products and services
• Ability to cross-sell bank products and services 
• Must have a valid drivers’ license due to a vehicle due to travel within other branches if necessary
• High School diploma or equivalent, but college degree preferred
• Two years sales or customer service experience
