Maryhaven is seeking full and part time LPN’s to work second and third shift at the main campus, 1791 Alum Creek Drive. Candidate will be under the supervision of the nursing supervisor, perform nursing assessment; monitor and document the health status throughout stay; administer medications and medical treatment as ordered; provide education and referrals; maintain sensitive and confidential information. Perform vital signs on incoming clients.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/LICENSES, CREDENTIALS, CERTIFICATION
Knowledge and education as typically earned through a Bachelor’s Degree in nursing or related field. Minimum of one-year experience in medical nursing. AOD and or Psychiatric Nursing experience preferred. Licensed Practical Nursing licensed by the Ohio Board of Nursing.
