Job Summary:
Installs and repairs kitchen equipment for work orders and preventive maintenance to assist Food & Beverage operations
Job Duties:
- Performs preventive maintenance on kitchen equipment.
- Installs and repairs kitchen equipment. Assists in start-up.
- Performs plumbing and minor electrical work in the kitchens.
- Responds to and assists in all building, equipment, or systems emergency situations involving the Engineering and Maintenance department.
