Director of Nursing, Inpatient Services, UT, TN FL, GA
Excellent opportunity for Director of Inpatient Services to join one of our acute hospitals. Our acute hospital system are located throughout the US and our need is for the following locations; UT, TN, FL and GA.
Director of Nursing role oversees inpatient service line within one of our acute care hospital. Accountable for the daily operations and works alongside medical staff and C suite to ensure quality care and patient safety. Inpatient service line includes all acute clinical areas within a 75-250 bed facility (beds depends on locations). DON must have experience with joint commission preparation, satisfaction scores and metrics along with a solid management style and mentorship approach.
Roles require a BSN, (Bachelor of Nursing degree) with management and operations experience within an acute setting required.
Compensation is up to 135K dependent on location and size of hospital. Relocation package includes temporary housing. Excellent medical benefits and 401(k). Annual performance offered.
