Essential Functions:

Certified provider of chemical dependency and mental health counseling services, diagnosis and treatment of mental and emotional disorders, Alcohol and Drug, case management, and treatment planning for clients who have been referred to Maryhaven for treatment. Must provide chemical dependency and mental health counseling and monitor individualized treatment plans/continuing care plans in cooperation with a multi-disciplinary treatment team.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree with LPC or LSW required, Master’s Degree preferred.
