Overview:
Our team in Cincinnati is currently seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) with the ability to practice both autonomously and in collaboration with a variety of health providers to deliver high-quality, holistic, evidence-based anesthesia and pain care services. The CRNA cares for patients at all acuity levels in a variety of settings for procedures including, but not limited to, surgical, obstetrical, diagnostic, therapeutic, and pain management.

All candidates should have in-depth knowledge of administering anesthesia to patients undergoing a variety of surgical or non-surgical procedures. To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate must demonstrate good judgement and the ability to respond appropriately to stressful conditions.

The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday, 6:45am – 3:30pm. There is no call or weekend, and there is a guaranteed 40-hour work week (except for holiday weeks).

In this position, the ideal candidate will:

Develop and execute an effective anesthetic plan
Manage patient’s airway and respiratory status
Monitor patients before, during and after a medical procedure
Prepare operating rooms, set up equipment, layout supplies, and prepare the necessary gases
Maintain up-to-date case logs

Successful candidates will have:

Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is required
An Active OH license
PALS, ACLS and BLS certifications are required
Working knowledge of EPIC is strongly preferred
Minimum of 1-year experience working as a CRNA is preferred
Must be skilled in airway management techniques and chronic pain treatment
