Business Development Accounts Manager – Selfhelp – New York, NY

Reporting to the Managing Director, Population Health, the Business Development/Account Manager will be responsible for marketing all aspects of Selfhelp’s various home care products to help cultivate new business relationships and partnerships and diversify revenue streams which help drive the expansion and growth of the organization’s home care business. This will include participation in the planning, implementing, directing and evaluation of related strategic marketing plans, as well as managing ongoing customer relationships and accounts.

The Business Development/ Account Manager will assume the following key responsibilities:

Marketing Coordination

• Participate on Marketing Committee meetings to ascertain prime focus areas, provide feedback on market trends and make recommendation to leverage opportunities
• Manage targeted marketing campaigns and outreach to current and potential referral sources with focus on increasing awareness of SHFHC community based care services and various home care products and how these services can enhance referral source operations. Activities and resources to include Agency sponsored educational and informative presentations, pitch deck proposals, email generation, and in-person presentations
• Leverage Agency marketing materials and resources with messaging relevant to SELFHELP’s home healthcare services and various home care products
• Evaluate efforts through ongoing analysis and reporting and continuous review (with peers and supervisor) of activity effectiveness. Make recommendations and implement appropriate modifications on a timely basis.
• Participate in statistical analysis and review of marketing activities, services, referrals, accounting and recordkeeping
• Keeps current with changes in the marketplace to ensure Selfhelp’s various home care products and services are competitive and meet existing and emerging client/customer needs
