Agency Operations Manager

We are seeking a dedicated Agency Operations Manager who will be responsible for the coordination and integration of business administration across all marketing teams, as well as the development, implementation, management, supervision and evaluation of financial programs. As a member of the team, the Agency Operations Manager participates in strategic forecasting and budgeting initiatives in addition to problem-solving. The Agency Operations Manager will also be responsible for tracking and developing tools for all areas of compliance for our business, particularly around these key areas: workers’ compensation, legal compliance, HR compliance and contract compliance.

  • Implement consistent processes across all of the marketing to support overall business administration, most notably in the areas of Finance, IT, HR and Legal.
  • Serve as a conduit and resource between the business leaders and corporate departments.
  • Strategic oversight of budgeting, forecasting, planning, and margins in partnership with the finance team.
  • Develop, implement and communicate operational strategies and solutions.
  • Works collaboratively with teams in areas including, but not limited to, budget development, adherence, and financial control.
  • Regularly report/present to President on areas of financial performance and spend.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Operations Management or related field or equivalent experience preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience in working in an agency, retail, CPG or CE Environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to interact at varying management levels and client interface
  • Strong organizational, negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written communication and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to present effectively to large groups
