Veterinary Technician/Client Care Positions Available!!!!!!!!! (SAN ANTONIO)

Alamo Ranch Animal Hospital is looking for enthusiastic and outgoing team members. The hospital is located in the fast-growing and exciting area on the Northwest side of San Antonio. The hospital is located at 6820 Alamo Parkway, across the street from Walgreens at the intersection of 1560/Culebra. Experience is preferred in all positions, but we will train the right person if you are a fit for our team.
Applicants must understand the importance of each and every client to our business and treat them with compassion and professionalism, regardless of the situation.

Staff positions available include:

Client Care Specialists – His or her main responsibility is to provide exceptional client service while maintaining a smooth and efficient flow of clients and patients through the hospital. We strive to enhance the relationship between our clients and their pets by exceeding their expectations.

Technicians- must be comfortable with administering vaccines, restraint, and handling of dogs, cats, and some exotics, placing catheters, drawing blood, assisting in radiology/ultrasound, running laboratory tests, and surgical assistance. Client interaction will be required, and an emphasis on good social interactions is a must. Some level of cross training will be required.

Full-time and part-time positions are available. Flexibility of schedule is required. Normal business hours are 7:30-5:30 Monday-Friday and Saturday 7:30-12:00. It is highly possible though, that you may have to work past these hours in certain circumstances. We will do our very best to try and limit this.
