RN full-time for a Home Health/Home Care Company (Edmonds, WA)

CHC Services is a well-established Dr. owned Home Health and Home Care agency servicing the Central Puget Sound region. Due to our large increase in our client base, we are looking for a full-Time RN to join our Clinical team with a client comes first attitude.
We provide a wide range of services to help individuals remain in their homes. Some of our current client care including spinal cord, brain injury, bone and joint injury, infusion therapy, and ventilator care. We also provide Care Management services as well as RN Delegation. Preferred candidates will have a wide range of experience in many areas of nursing including supervising caregivers. We provide services with CARE-Compassion, Accountability, Results, & Expertise.

Duties, Responsibilities, & Accountabilities Including but Not Limited To:

• RN Home Health visits
• Responsible for RN delegations and documentation. If you don’t have experience with this, we can train you
• Write Plans of Care’s and assures they are being followed
• Observes client for changes in condition and reports such changes to Clinical Director
• Documents nursing observations, interventions and evaluations of the care being provided
• Doing assessments which includes opening new client cases
• Address emergent nursing issues
• Supervise Caregivers (CNA, HCA) by providing coaching and training
• Private duty nursing shifts
• Clinical administrative work
• Rotate being on-call for urgent nursing matters via on phone or visits
• Performs other duties as required.

Qualifications – Knowledge Required:

• Must be an RN in the State of Washington and graduated from an accredited School of Nursing
• Must demonstrate an ability to practice independently in the delivery of nursing care
• 2 to 3 years’ clinical experience; preferably in rehabilitation, home care, hospital, or hospice
• Ability to read and write in English
• Require reliable vehicle for use when traveling to worksites
• A valid Washington State Driver’s License
• Proof of current auto liability insurance
• Computer literate with experience in different computer programs
• Strong grasp of legal and ethical issues pertaining to confidentiality
• Creative, flexible, and innovative
• Commitment to excellence and high standards
