Summary

The LPN role, with oversight from the supervising RN or DON, is a key component of the facility’s high-quality clinical outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a solid clinical background with strong communication and assessment skills. The LPN will be a leader within the nursing team and provide oversight to the facility STNAs. The primary role of the LPN position is to provide high quality nursing care to those entrusted to our service.

Experience

• Must have a strong clinical background
• Healthcare experience preferred
• Experience with PointClickCare EMR preferred

Education/Licensure

• Current Ohio LPN license in good standing with the Ohio Board of Nursing
• IV Certification preferred
• Must be a graduate of an accredited LPN program
