Community Outreach Manager (Edmonds, WA)

Compensation: $50,000 base + commission
Benefits include: Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, and 401K

CHC Services is a well-established and highly respected Home Health and Home Care agency serving the Central Puget Sound. We are a Doctor owned company and we are managed by RN’s. We are looking for an experienced individual to join our Sales and Marketing team with a strategic, team-based, goal-oriented approach to growth.
A critical component of the role of the Community Outreach Manager is to assure that all who come in contact with our company sees the company as having a culture of compassion, accountability, results, and expertise with a strong emphasis on customer service.

Top 5 Responsibilities and Accountabilities include:
• Continually enriches the new business pipeline by meeting with prospective referral sources to sell them our services
• Meet with potential clients interested in our services to sell them our services and obtain a signed service agreement
• Maintain and foster existing referral source relationships by doing weekly calls, visits, and meetings
• Follows the Sales & Marketing Strategic Plan for the company by increasing revenues each month
• Rotate being on call nights and weekends for sales call

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience, preferred
• Previous experience in health care related field, preferred
• Experience in the areas of sales & marketing or telephone solicitation. This is NOT a telemarketing position nor atmosphere.
• Excellent customers service skills and communication skills both verbally and written
• Proficient on Microsoft office programs and able to learn new software programs as needed
• Good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions
• Commitment to excellence and high standards along with strong teamwork skills
• Reliable transportation and clean driving record
• Strong planning, facilitation, & organizational skills
• Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
