Call Center Representatives – Healthcare

Job Description:
Growing and Dynamic company is looking to hire multiple Call Center Representatives – health care background a plus!!

**Company is open 7 day a week, 24 hours a day**

**Must be open to work any day/shift 2-4 days a week 7am-7pm or 7pm-7am**

**training will be 2-3 weeks on regular days/hours Mon-Fri**

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Answer high volume calls and document all call information according to standard operating procedures, handle customer inquiries telephonically, research required information using available resources, manage and resolve customer complaints, provide patients with service information, enter new patient information into system update existing patient information, process orders, and patient requests identify and escalate priority issues, route calls to appropriate resource when necessary and follow up with client calls where necessary

?Ability to type 35wpm (REQUIRED)
?Strong data entry alpha numeric & 10 Key
?High School Diploma or GED required
?Previous experience in a healthcare call center or customer service environment preferred
?Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
?Knowledge of call center telephony and technology
?Knowledge of administration and clerical processes
