Accounting Assistant, Part-time, Quickbooks Online – On Point Importing – Brighton, MI

Seeking a part-time worker to assist in accounting duties using Quickbooks Online for a small business. Company office is based out of Clawson, but looking for a candidate who lives near Brighton for easy transfer of paperwork with owners. Flexible hours. Work remotely.

Candidate must be very organized, efficient at using spreadsheets and Quickbooks Online. Prioritize and handle a variety of tasks. Regular duties will include invoicing and expensing. Attention to detail is a priority. Candidate should have a positive attitude. Previous experience using dual and/or split computer screens is beneficial.

On Point Importing is a small business facilitating the process of importing vehicles from Canada into the US for resale. It is our duty to verify the vehicle being brought into the US meets the federal regulations for vehicle equipment and safety standards. We are required to provide documentation to the Department of Transportation verifying the conformity of the vehicle.
