Website Integration Specialist

NAVIS is thrilled to be hiring a new Website Integration Specialist on our growing team! This is a newly-created position due to our growth.

After our clients sign up to use our products and services, their systems and websites need to integrate with our products to ensure smooth operation and communication. That’s where this important position comes into play.

The Website Integration Specialist is responsible for assisting NAVIS clients and their vendors with integrating their websites, online booking engines, and digital marketing efforts with the NAVIS CRM products they purchased and/or subscribed to. This is achieved via a thorough understanding of client business requirements, current and emerging website development technologies in use by the hospitality industry, and NAVIS CRM products.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate the implementation of various NAVIS functionalities with clients and multiple vendors
  • Troubleshoot NAVIS website integration issues escalated from the Support department
  • Work with other departments to improve the website integration piece of the implementation process
  • Maintain implementation and troubleshooting documentation for internal and external parties
  • Other duties as assigned

    This position is based in our Bend, Oregon offices.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Associate’s degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience required
    • At least one (1) year of experience working with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, XML, and web services
    • The ability to study and learn the NAVIS CRM product portfolio
    • Demonstrated ability to present technical information in a concise way to those that might not be technology-savvy
    • Demonstrated customer service skills, including the ability to have courteous, professional, effective, and friendly conversations with our clients as they embark on their new journey with NAVIS products and services
