Expert Staffing is seeking a Production Assistant on 1st shift (8am-4:30pm) for our client in Audubon, PA.
Job Responsibilities:
- Actual Anodizing, Electro-polishing, Ultrasonic Cleaning and Passivation of parts.
- Racking and unracking of the parts.
- Drying off parts with compressed air.
- Follow verbal and written instructions such as blueprints, travelers, SOP’s etc.
- Proper use of and adherence PPE to guidelines
- General and periodic maintenance of the above mentioned processing lines.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to work diligently around chemicals.
- Must be able to perform basic arithmetic.
- To work under the directions of the production supervisor.
- Must be able to lift 40 lbs.
Regarding PPE:
- Should wear safety goggles while on shop floor.
- Should wear chemical resistant appropriate gloves while working on shop floor.
- Should wear long sleeved chemical resistant gloves while changing chemicals.
- Should wear chemical resistant safety aprons while working on shop floor.
- Should wear appropriate fit tested respirator masks while changing chemicals.
