Responsibilities of the Director of Product Management:
- Ensure product line performance and identify market trends and opportunities
- Drive and propel product vision and strategy and road map
- Lead a team of product managers, product owners, and program managers
- Represent the organization to the outside market
- Engage and influence customer direction
Requirements of the Director of Product Management:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, or related field
- In-depth understanding of the Agile development process
- At least 10 years of enterprise software product management experience
- At least 5 years of experience leading product development teams in a healthcare technology setting
- Exceptional ability to balance development timelines against time to market
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem resolution skills
- Ability to travel up to 20%
