The successful Controller you will orchestrate the Monthly financial close and review of income statement, balance sheet and cash flow statement to ensure proper revenue and expense recognition on a timely accurate and compliant basis.
Our client is seeking a Corporate Controller for their fast paced growing organization. As the Controller of this growing 500 M+ client you’ll oversee the regular finance operations. You’ll work closely with the Director FP&A, CFO, CEO, and marketing and sales departments to ensure the financial well-being of the company.
AS VP Controller you will have a high level of accountability and responsibility and will play a key role on projects and initiatives that will shape the future of our growing industry leading client!
VP Controller Key Responsibilities:
Assist CFO with budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning.
Review & analysis of financial statements, balance sheet, Cash flow in relation to operations
Leads, Manages, Mentors Team of 12+
Shape and manage internal controls and other accounting policies.
Analyze key company numbers and statistics and prepare reports to communicate findings
Treasury Oversight & Capital deployment analysis
Directs AP Department, Treasury, tax
Liaison to Audit, tax and consultants
Requirements:
BA/BS degree required, CPA
Public accounting experience & manufacturing experience preferred
prefers candidates with strong computer systems proficiency
Leadership skills
ERP Systems knowledge
Superb communication and presentation skills
