Interested in working in a residential setting?
RADIAS Health has full-time awake overnight positions (30-32 hours per week) available in the Residential Support Services program, working in group homes with 4 adults with serious and persistent mental illness and substance use.
Daily client-related responsibilities include spending time interacting with clients to develop and build rapport, assisting clients with building independent living skills such as hygiene checks, housekeeping, and budgeting, administering medications, and transporting clients to appointment and recreational activities in the community.
Administrative duties include implementing treatment plans, documenting behaviors, utilizing crisis assessment tools for suicidal and aggressive behaviors, ensuring security of the facility, developing weekly menus and preparing meals, and completing paperwork and charting as needed.
We have 15 locations within Anoka, Dakota, Ramsey, and Washington counties.
- Sundays – Wednesdays 11:45pm – 8:30am or
- Thursdays – Saturdays 10:30pm – 8:30am
