About to embark on their next flagship project, they are seeking a Project Manager to join their team. Working with an experienced leadership team with an impeccable track record, you will support the Senior Project Manager to deliver projects ranging upwards to $80 Million.
Your new role
As a Project Manager, it would be expected that you can deliver projects from initial preconstruction budgets, oversee takeoff estimates, writing scopes of work, negotiate sub contracts, project scheduling & site planning, procurement of materials and project controls over cost & quality.
What you’ll need to succeed
You will have at least 2-3 years experience delivering similar healthcare/AHCA projects and have excellent communication skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to stay on top of your paperwork plus offer solutions and trouble shooting to overcome or prevent issues. BS Construction Management or Civil Engineering highly preferred.
