OfficeTeam is in search of a Human Resources Assistant for a local client in the DTC. This temporary-to-full-time opportunity will start immediately following interviews and has a tremendous amount of room for growth. Responsibilities of Human Resources Assistant: -coordinating interviews for internal hiring managers -scheduling in-person and video interviews for technology and marketing positions -supporting of onboarding and off boarding of employees -organization of new employee orientation -additional recruiting responsibilities to support HR and Recruiters Requirements of Human Resources Assistant: -2+ years of Human Resources experience -Proficient within Microsoft Suite If you are interested and experience in for this Human Resources Assistant position, please call us immediately at 303.694.9700!

Job Requirements

– Able to maintain an approachable and appropriate attitude when interacting with all levels of personnel in a rapidly changing environment – Excellent communication and organizational skills – Prior experience handling confidential business matters and information with discretion – Desire to thrive in scenarios of team-based work or independent tasks, always looking to learn more and take initiative on a number of different projects and tasks – experience in in office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) – Good understanding of working as an assistant – Experience with HR compliance – Meeting coordination and planning experience highly valued – Adeptness in internal communications – Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office – Sourcing recruitment experience highly preferred – General familiarity with personnel file maintenance – Solid understanding of contracts – Prior experience with Microsoft Word – Comprehension of data entry – Foundational knowledge in HR (Human Resources) – Experience with documentation – Earlier work involving training development – Demonstrated knowledge of policies procedures – Proficiency in typing 45 – 60 words per minute – Knowledge of recruiting personnel – Proficiency in employee relations – Order entry experience preferred – Previous experience working with navigating basic office equipment and protocols – Practical knowledge of executive recruitment – Customer service experience preferred – Background working with social media – Research experience desired If you are a self-starter who is passionate about supporting a dynamic and growing company, we would love to hear from you!
