POSITION TYPE: Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA)
LOCATION: Ventura, CA
SETTING: Pediatrics, Home Health
POSITION TYPE: Full-Time Permanent
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Must be Bilingual – English/Spanish required
- Provides education to clients and/or families
- Utilizes and coordinates other community resources as indicated
- Participates in case conferences and summary reports
- Documents the client’s daily progress
- Delivers outstanding customers service with class, kindness and professionalism
LICENSURE:
- Current state SLPA license or willingness to obtain for the position.
EDUCATION:
- Associate’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assistant required
- Certification of Clinical Competence by ASHA
