Fertility specialty Pharmacist needed (Dix Hills)

I am a retail pharmacy business owner/ pharmacist opening a fertility specialty pharmacy in Suffolk county Long Island in 2019. I am a veteran retail community pharmacy operator. Never operate a specialty pharmacy. I need a pharmacist who has multiple years of experiences working in Fertility pharmacy. I have 3 options for you:

1) As advisor: Paid consultancy to help set up the pharmacy with all the required clinical and business intelligence.
2) As co-founder/partner: If you have the entrepreneurial passion and money to involve with this project, I am open to share partnership.
3) As salaried supervising pharmacist
