4 Corner Resources is looking for Senior Nurse Recruiters to join our enterprise level healthcare clients in the Lower Manhattan area. This position is remote, must sit in NY or surrounding area for onsite job fairs and events.
This client is a fully vaccinated facility and candidates must be fully vaccinated for COVID (including one booster if due) to move forward with the process.
Sr. Nurse Recruiter Duties:
- Creates and fosters strong working relationships with professional organizations; develops and maintains a network of contacts to help identify and source viable candidates.
- Recruit nurses via cold calling, indeed, LinkedIn, CareerBuilder, and internal referrals.
- Maintain and increase a pipeline of candidates using sourcing platforms, applicant tracking system, and social media.
- Participate in local job fairs with colleges and universities.
- Maintains effective working relationship with hiring managers and staff to develop a thorough understanding of the department culture and use that understanding to identify comparable candidates.
Sr. Nurse Recruiter Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as a Recruiter (Healthcare Industry preferred)
- Knowledge and experience of sourcing platforms
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Amazing verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work remotely as well as attend onsite job fairs and events in NYC
- High school diploma (required), Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
