Kohll’s Rx in Lincoln has medical equipment, supplies, and services. We also have an excellent pharmacy dispensing medications. Any hire is expected to be able to work both in the Pharmacy and helping patients with equipment needs.

Major Responsibilities
1. Contact with Patients
2. Make calls to clinics or other sources to gather information for clarification.
3. Make positive contact with patients while they are visiting the location or on the phone so that patients are provided with the services they need.
4. Greet patients when they enter the facility.
5. Find out the needs of patients.
6. Verify demographics and obtain insurance information.
7. Receive customers for home medical equipment and supplies. Give instructions, collect information, and process transactions in the computer management program or prepare proper documentation.
8. Answer the telephone and assist the caller.
9. Perform tasks quickly and accurately to promote efficiency.
