Fast Paced ObGyn Practice seeking an experienced Medical Biller to join our team. Candidate must have ObGyn experience, be able to multitask and interact with patients in a professional and courteous manner.
Responsibilities include:
- Insurance Verification
- Assisting patients with billing questions
- Strong knowledge and interaction with patient insurances
- Scrubbing claims/medical records and assigning codes as needed to ensure proper coding
- Posting EOB, charges and payments
- Front desk end of day batch verification and closeout
- Active working of denials and Patient A/R
- Answering phones
- Appointment Scheduling
- Assist with patient check in/out
- Knowledge of EHR and medical billing software (Advanced MD preferred)
*Only applicants with OBGYN experience will be considered.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
