herman Counseling is a premier outpatient private practice. We are seeking a Full Time Intake Coordinator to join our outstanding team in Green Bay, WI (hybrid). Hours 11:30am-8pm.
Sherman Counseling is a strengths-based, collaborative, and trauma-informed counseling practice dedicated to helping people reach their full potential and heal from challenges throughout all stages of life.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answering all incoming new patient inquires calls and web submissions
- Daily review of provider schedule to determine who is available to accept new patients
- Maintenance of provider profiles to determine appropriate placement of prospective patients
- Complete clinical pre-admissions assessment with client on first call
- Go over all insurance information including deductibles, copays, coinsurance, and other fees
- Collect deductibles/fees when applicable
- Enter client’s data into the EHR system
- Miscellaneous Tasks as assigned
Experience & Requirements:
- Minimum High School Diploma
- Intake/admissions and/or soft sales experience required
- Psychology/behavioral health experience preferred
- Experience with insurance benefits strongly preferred
- Must be familiar with computers and technology
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Medical EHR
- HIPPA experience preferred
- Detailed Oriented
- Reliability and Professionalism
