Accountable Inpatient Medicine is looking to employ a full time hospitalist advanced practice provider (PA- C or ARNP) for night call.
Ideal candidates have 5+ years of hospitalist experience.
Applicant would be responsible for answering the pager and doing admissions for the Sarasota Memorial Hospital.
Physician backup is available.
Typical night call is composed of 2-7 admissions. At least 5 admissions must be seen. Admissions exceeding 5 need orders and can be signed out to the morning team.
APP will be on the pager between 10 PM and 6 AM.
APP must be experienced and efficient in covering pager calls on group census.
An active medical license in the state of Florida is required.
Schedule: 7 on 7 off
Pay: $70 per hour plus bonus.
Experienced and efficient Hospitalist/Critical Care candidates only. This is a busy shift with high earning potential.
