Compensation for a PRN Occupational Therapist (OT):

  • Weekly Pay
  • Competitive per visit pay.
  • Mileage Reimbursement $0.45 per mile.

Minimum Education, Experience, Skills & Abilities Required for a Occupational Therapist (OT):

  • Licensed to practice as an Occupational Therapist (OT) in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
  • In the last five (5) years, two (2) years of experience as a occupational therapist that is relevant to the patient population assigned, preferred.
  • Current CPR Certification.
  • Home Health Experience, preferred.
  • Able to provide proof of valid driver’s license.

Essential Functions for a Occupational Therapist (OT):

  • Initial and ongoing assessments to determine level of functioning.
  • Develop and revise the plan of care in consultation with the physician and other care-team members.
  • Provide therapeutic treatments and evaluation of equipment needs.
  • Conducts supervisory visits of COTAs and HHAs as appropriate.
  • Prepare clinical and progress notes and submits documentation in a timely manner.
  • Evaluate outcomes of care and plan for discharge.
